Welcome, I am Christina Georgiou.
I’ve always been a seeker of Love, Truth, and Freedom. What sustains me on this endless journey are the moments of remembrance — those glimpses of who I truly am beneath all stories, identities, and roles.
Through my travels across countries and cultures, I’ve come to understand that I do not belong to any one place, but to the Soul itself — timeless, boundless, and ever-expressing through the body as its sacred vessel.
My work is devoted to this remembrance — to embodying self-love, self-sovereignty, and self-realization. Through somatic practice, spiritual inquiry, and creative expression, I guide others to return home to themselves — to live from Spirit rather than conditioning, and to create from the infinite possibilities of being fully alive in the now.
May this space serve as a sanctuary for your own unfolding — a place where you remember your essence, reclaim your freedom, and embody the truth of who you are.

My Story
“The wound is the place where the Light enters you.”
— Rumi
I am Christina—trauma survivor, artist, researcher, coach, healer, and mother. But beyond all titles, I am a human being who has walked through the depths of pain, longing, and profound transformation. I now stand in service—holding space for others who are traversing the sacred terrain from wounding to wholeness.
Before I ever stepped into any of these roles, I was a tender-hearted girl trying to make sense of a world that often felt too heavy, too loud, too fractured to feel like home. I was born into a Greek-Cypriot refugee family in southern Cyprus. The unspoken grief of war, loss, and displacement silently shaped the landscape of my early life. I grew up amidst stories far too heavy for a child’s heart—stories I absorbed not only with my ears but with every fiber of my being. As a highly sensitive soul, I carried not only my own emotions but also the ancestral pain that echoed in the silences between my family’s words. That pain became embedded in my body, my breath, my very identity.
From a very early age, I endured intense physical pain due to a medical condition. I recall being just five or six, lying still, channeling all my attention to the part of my body that ached—until the pain, somehow, began to soften. I didn’t understand it then, but I was tapping into something both ancient and innate: the healing power of presence. Years later, my studies in mindfulness and somatic healing affirmed what my body had always known—I had always been walking the path home.
My journey has been intricately woven with layers of trauma—developmental, relational, and generational. There were long, quiet years where I wandered through grief, dissociation, and the shadows of depression. Yet, something within me—an ember that never extinguished—kept calling me back to expression. Through movement, voice, and sacred silence, I began to articulate the parts of myself that once had no words. The expressive and healing arts became my compass, gently guiding me toward remembrance—toward the truth of who I am beneath the pain.
Then came my daughter. Motherhood, birthed in the crucible of a global pandemic, shattered me open in ways I could never have foreseen. Solo parenting tested my very limits—but in that sacred pressure, it also bestowed a gift: the opportunity to re-parent the child within me. As I held her, I learned to hold myself. I tended to old wounds—the mother wound, the father wound, the lingering shadows of gender-based violence and inherited silence. Through this deeply embodied, sacred work, I chose to break the cycle. I made the conscious decision to end generational trauma and no longer pass it forward. In doing so, I chose to heal—fully and radically—from C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, and IBS. I reclaimed my body, my mind, and my soul.
I have come to believe, with unwavering conviction, that true healing begins when we claim it for ourselves. When all seems lost, the sacred often reveals itself. We meet ourselves not in perfection, but in the ruins. And in that holy reckoning, we discover a deeper, more sovereign connection—to our bodies, our truth, our souls, and the Divine. We come to understand that we were never truly broken—only waiting to be seen, heard, and held.
Today, I stand in my sovereignty and in service to other women who are ready to return home to themselves. I guide them back to their bodies, their voices, their dignity. My mission is to alchemize trauma into wholeness, pain into power, and silence into voice. Because healing is not only possible—it is your birthright. And I am here, not to fix you, but to remind you: everything you seek is already within you.
